Our Role in the Project:

Designed integrated technology systems including structured cabling, passive optical networking, Wi-Fi, security, audio-visual, and speech privacy solutions. Presented system designs to stakeholders, highlighting user experience and operational benefits. Coordinated integration into architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications. Managed installation, wiring, commissioning, and testing of all systems, followed by full documentation submittals. Provided ongoing preventative maintenance and support to ensure long-term system reliability.

Solutions Delivered:

• Structured cabling: backbone optical and copper cabling, horizontal singlemode fiber-to-the-desk, and CAT6 cabling to support access points and audio-visual systems

• Unified Communications & Collaboration: End-to-end deployment of conferencing solutions, room scheduling panels, and digital signage.

• Networking & Infrastructure: Implemented structured cabling, Wi-Fi, and connectivity solutions to support flexible workstations.

• Passive Optical Networking (PON): high-speed secure networking services to users using Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

• Security & Access Control: Prewired keycard systems, biometric access, and CCTV integration for secure office operations.

• Audio & Acoustic Systems: Facility-wide Speech Privacy and Background music

• Live Event Production: Live AV setups using digital mixers and stage boxes, stage lighting, and multi-camera production for all-hands meetings, presentations, and talking-head broadcasts.
