Our Role in the Project:
Installed and commissioned Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) systems across Ottawa and Toronto office locations. Upgraded main boardroom audio systems and control interfaces to enhance performance and usability. Commissioned a divisible meeting space with automated control logic enabling independent or combined room operation based on partition state detection and system configuration.
Solutions Delivered:
Unified Communications & Collaboration: End-to-end deployment of conferencing solutions, room scheduling panels, and digital signage.
Audio & Acoustic Systems: Addition of gooseneck podium microphone in Corporate Boardroom and control of all microphones to allow for press briefings when not used a Teams endpoint.
