We provided AV system design for a new office building, delivering integrated technology across all meeting spaces and a large second-floor multipurpose room. The design focused on flexible collaboration, high-quality video conferencing, and intuitive control to support presentations, hybrid meetings, and large gatherings.
We designed and project managed a comprehensive security upgrade to enhance site safety and controlled access across the facility. The solution included installation of turnstiles for managed entry, exterior bollards for vehicle mitigation, Code Blue emergency stations for rapid response, and integrated intercom systems for secure communication at access points.
The project improved perimeter protection, streamlined visitor flow, and strengthened emergency response capability through a fully coordinated, end-to-end security design and deployment.
Ongoing AV managed services for a federal transportation department, ensuring all audiovisual systems remain reliable, secure, and fully operational. Our team delivers proactive monitoring, routine maintenance, and rapid issue resolution across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and public-facing facilities.
We also manage system updates, performance optimization, and preventative servicing to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan, allowing staff to focus on service delivery without technology disruptions.
