Mike leads the service desk team, overseeing day-to-day support operations and ensuring prompt, effective resolution of client issues. He also manages client projects, coordinating delivery, timelines, and communication to maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction. In addition, Mike is responsible for internal systems, helping to maintain and improve the tools and processes that support the wider organization. He is certified in Passive Optical Networking (PON), bringing specialized technical expertise that strengthens the company’s capability in advanced network infrastructure and design.

Adam Tubman

Adam is a key member of the team responsible for managing the technical crew and overseeing day-to-day project execution. He prepares detailed project estimates, supports project planning, and ensures accurate and complete documentation throughout each stage of delivery. Alongside his technical and managerial responsibilities, Adam plays an important role in project coordination and on-site supervision, helping to keep work on schedule and aligned with client expectations. He is also committed to maintaining a safe working environment for all staff, ensuring that health and safety standards are consistently followed across all projects.

Gilles Violette

Gilles is responsible for overseeing company administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational efficiency across the organization. He also plays a key role in IT system design, helping to develop and align technical solutions that support both internal needs and client requirements. In addition, Gilles works closely with clients in a vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer) capacity, providing strategic guidance on technology planning, infrastructure decisions, and long-term IT roadmaps to ensure scalable and future-ready solutions.

John is a certified RCDD and leads the design and development of advanced audiovisual systems across a wide range of projects. He oversees the AV division, ensuring all solutions are engineered to high technical standards, fully integrated, and aligned with client requirements. In addition to his design responsibilities, John plays a key role in business development, helping to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and guide the strategic growth of the business. His combined expertise in design, leadership, and development ensures the delivery of innovative and reliable AV solutions.
