Senior System Technician - (FILLED)

We are currently hiring a Senior Systems Technician to support our expanding portfolio of projects. Preferably the individual will have three (3) years experience installing Nurse Call, Security and Network Systems, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.

Responsibilities
Installation and service of IP based and analog CCTV, Access Control and Nurse Call systems and integration to wired and wireless networks
Deploy Windows operating systems and applications (SQL, Microsoft Server, Management Studio, Server Manager) on servers and workstations
Installation and programming of networking hardware
Ability to lead multiple projects
Review and interpret communications, electrical and security drawings
Documentation of “As Built” changes to installation design
Flexible with out-of-town work
General housekeeping of work area
Compliance of DVAI’s Health and Safety program
Qualifications
Class G driver license
High school diploma
Eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance
Technical work experience minimum 3 years
General PC skills including MS Office and MS Project
Strong interpersonal skills
Bilingual an asset

Requires travel throughout Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec
