Our Role in the Project:
Comprehensive needs assessments were conducted across physical security, audio-visual, and network infrastructure systems. This included the design of AV systems for meeting spaces and ice sheet environments, fully integrated into architectural and engineering documentation. Security system design encompassed access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection, with coordinated drawing packages aligned to architectural plans. Network infrastructure design covered cybersecurity architecture, Wi-Fi deployment, and structured networking. The engagement also included ongoing preventative maintenance and lifecycle support to ensure system performance, reliability, and security compliance.
Solutions Delivered:
Structured CAT6 horizontal cabling infrastructure was designed to support integrated Wi-Fi, network, audio-visual, and security systems across the facility.
Unified communications and collaboration systems were implemented for multi-purpose and meeting spaces to enable seamless connectivity.
The audio-visual scope included design and commissioning of ice sheet camera and display systems, video routing and control systems, and flexible audio switching to support lounge audio playback via Bluetooth or wired inputs, television audio, and microphone reinforcement.
Network infrastructure encompassed structured cabling, Wi-Fi deployment, network security, and connectivity to support all systems. Security design included perimeter protection, access control, and CCTV integration. A facility-wide public address and acoustic system was also designed to ensure consistent audio coverage throughout the site.
