Corporate and Commercial
Project: Retrofit
Location: Ottawa, ON
Our Role in the Project:
Our team conducted comprehensive needs assessments for the executive boardroom, meeting rooms, and multi-purpose space to ensure each environment supported effective communication and collaboration. We developed complete audio-visual system designs that were integrated seamlessly into architectural and engineering plans, followed by the installation and commissioning of all AV components. Post-deployment, we continue to support our client with ongoing preventative maintenance and responsive technical support to ensure long-term system reliability and performance.
Solutions Delivered:
Unified Communications & Collaboration (Zoom): Design and commissioning of a corporate boardroom featuring a networked audio DSP for signal processing, gain control, echo cancellation, and system routing. The solution included tri-element ceiling microphone arrays for uniform voice pickup coverage, low-profile two-way loudspeakers for full-range speech and media reproduction, and integrated content sharing capabilities supporting wired and wireless presentation sources. The system was engineered for seamless conferencing performance, optimized intelligibility, and reliable integration with corporate UC platforms.
Multi-Purpose Space: Design and commissioning of a multi-purpose space with a distributed audio-visual system supporting three independently operable rooms or a unified combined configuration. The solution incorporates video routing and audio matrix switching with flexible signal distribution, enabling seamless source sharing across zones or full-space synchronization. System logic and automation are managed via a centralized control processor, providing programmed room combining, device control, and user interface-driven operation for simplified switching between standalone and combined room modes.
