Cowater, an international management consulting organization, looked to Davidson Violette to address the audio-visual requirements for their new office space, which consisted of collaboration, meeting and board rooms. Wanting systems that provided a similar experience in every room, we offered a solution to provide intuitive control with a modular button design to allow for control of displays and peripherals.
Our solution was accepted due to its ability to eliminate the confusion caused by wandering remotes, dead batteries, and complex display interfaces, while providing simple one-button start-up for meetings. Any user can use the panel to control any device with confidence and ease.
Cowater also leveraged Skype for business, so every room was outfitted with webcams and microphones, to offer messaging, meetings and screen sharing for any user.
