Technician (201203001)

Presently we are looking for Junior Technicians with a minimum of one year experience in the installation ofaudio-visual and information technology systems and related cable plant.

We provide competitive compensation, benefits and training for those with a positive attitude and willingness to learn a trade.  Hours of work are typically 8:00 to 5:00 daily with requirements for after hours work.

​

Technicians are expected to provide standard hand tools, and personal protective equipment (hard hat, boots, glasses). DVA will provide all tools relative to our trade.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Senior staff to install and service audio-visual and information technology systems
• Installation of optical fiber, multimedia and network cabling systems in commercial and institutional environments
• Equipment installation (some heavy lifting)
